DORIE GAYNER
Dorie Gayner, MA - Founder/ Chief Administrative Officer
Dorie is the Founder of G4 Environmental, LLC (G4), which is a tenant of the Sierra Valley Enterprises, LLC (SVE) business campus at the Biomass Cogen facility in Loyalton, CA. Dorie is working with the management team at SVE on Business Development. G4 will work on fiber procurement for the Cogen facility.
Dorie attended Albion College, Michigan State University, and UOPX. Dorie holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and a Master’s Degree in Administration. Before founding G4, Dorie founded and managed Pemberton Pine, LLC, where she focused her efforts on restoring a private ranch that burned in Colorado’s Hayman Fire. Dorie’s forestry career began on that ranch in 2003, where she gained extensive experience in developing forestry management plans, working with, the Colorado State Forest Service, 501c3 organizations, managing field employees, and building a successful forestry management company.

PATRICK GAYNER
Patrick Gayner – Founder / Chief Operations Officer
Pat is a National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) certified Firefighter, Fireline Sawyer, and a Nationally Registered EMT (NREMT) and Wilderness EMT (WEMT) who has worked in post-fire rehabilitation and forest management across the Southwest since 2003. Pat specializes in Business Development, Contract Acquisition, Contract Administration, Safety, Stewardship Contracting, and Quality Control. Pat is a former Board Member of the Intermountain Forest Association (IFA) and former member of the Executive Committee of the Front Range Roundtable (FRRT) in Colorado. Pat's passion is promoting industry rehabilitation and increasing the pace and scale of forest restoration in the USA.

MARK HERNDON
Mark Herndon - Partner/Forestry Supervisor
Mark has 25 years of forestry experience, including WUI defensible space, handwork,
mechanical forest fuels reduction, timber harvesting, road and trail construction,
mastication, wildland firefighting, post-fire rehabilitation, and helicopter logging. Mark is
a National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) Certified Firefighter and Fireline
Sawyer; Mark's forestry experience includes supervising crews and quality control on
thousands of acres of Stewardship contracting work for the Forest Service, roadside
forestry work for the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), California
Department of Transportation (Caltrans), and Hazard tree removal work for CalRecycle
and the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES).

GRETCHEN GAYNER
Gretchen Gayner - Director of Brand
Gretchen's Experience spans the world of Emergency Medical Service, to the Service Industry, to Media and Business. In pursuit of her passion for a sustainable circular economy, Gretchen joined the G4 team because of the company's environmental focus. Gretchen is a key employee who manages company administration, books, and records. Gretchen is the driving force in the company's branding, she led every step, from the logo creation to the website design and maintenance. In 2009 Gretchen earned the distinction of becoming the youngest certified First Responder in Colorado. She is a former Nationally Registered EMT (NREMT) and volunteer for Mountain Communities Volunteer Fire Department (MCVFD). Gretchen is a certified professional organizer, fluent in Spanish, an accomplished artist, and she has a certificate in Marketing and a certificate in Visual Display and Presentation from Orange Coast College.
