CAMPFIRE HAZARD TREE REMOVAL PROGRAM

November 11, 2021

G4 wrote the IIPP and HASP and assisted CTL with the skills qualifying,
onboarding, and safety training of all employees and subcontractor personnel for the project. After the onboarding, CTL hired G4's Principals Patrick and Dorie Gayner onto the CTL
Incident Management Team (IMT) as Operations Chief and Safety Coordinator.

securing local subcontractors, supplying field personnel for safety and quality control, and writing
